Quick Presentation

Hi! My name is Will. People also call me “wilaba” (from WILliam ABAdie) …

I’m a French engineering student, trying to make the world a better place.
My main goal in life is to explore everything I come across and make the most of it.

Biography

I was born in Pau, in the south-west of France. I lived there for almost 18 years before moving to Toulouse to study.

When I was at primary school, I made a very small treehouse using basic tools with one of my best friends. I used to go there every lunch break during the school week.

I played a lot of sport: I started off with rugby, judo and swimming … Then I got into hip-hop, but then I watched the London 2012 Olympics. That’s when I understood gymnastics would be the sport I’d be doing for the rest of my life (well, as long as my shoulders and knees hold out). I also do a bit of skateboarding when I feel like it.

When I was at school, I loved science and technology, and always dreamed of being an inventor. However, towards the end of high school, because my maths wasn’t so flash, I almost ended up majoring in LITERATURE!!! But when there’s a Will, there’s a way, so I ended up working hard enough not to fail my maths and physics exams. I could then choose to keep on doing these subjects until the end of high school. And now here I am, doing my engineering studies in Toulouse.

What do you see yourself doing in the next few years?

I don’t really know. I like to think that I should just adapt to whatever happens to me. I’d probably say that I want to run my own business and be able to travel as much as possible to discover the world.
